About the Event

The Learning and Development Summit for 2025 will be included as one of the 4 conference streams in the National HR Summit, which is returning for an enhanced conference experience. The 2025 National HR Summit will offer insights into progressive strategies from top HR leaders and forward-thinking companies. Attendees can explore topics in the Main Conference, C-level Directors Forum, and new content streams focusing on Learning and Capability Development or Wellbeing. Keynote speakers include Olympic gold medallist Jessica Fox and explorer Justin Jones. Beyond the conference sessions, the event features hands-on activities, roundtable discussions, a wellbeing zone, and the Innovation Hub. Participants can engage in networking and discussions on critical issues like workforce planning and talent retention. The event will take place in-person on 1-2 April 2025 at the ICC Sydney.
